According to the Strategical Plan and Work Schedule of 2013-2016 term prepared by Mersin Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mission and Vision of the Chamber is as follows:

Our Mission:

Presenting every sort of service meeting expectations and solving problems of our members by means of contributing to the regional and national economy; within the framework of the Law Number 5174 and related legislation through a contemporary sense of rule and institutional structure, with international standards.

Our Vision:

Provided that we shall not deviate from the conditions defined by the legislation:

• Improving its services in accordance with the needs and expectations of its members,
• Providing satisfaction of members with a transparent and quality service concept,
