According to the Mersin Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Quality Policy of the Chamber is determined as follows:
Our Quality Policy commits:
- To perform all services of MCCI in compliance with current economical and technical needs and at a certain quality level based upon customer satisfaction,
- To provide trainings for employee in the belief that the first condition of a quality service could be managed with satisfaction of employee and permanent development,
- To revise quality policies regularly considering continuous development
- To organize briefings amd social activities to be increasing competitiveness of the customers both in national and international fields.
- To design projects aimed at development of the region and promotion of industry,
- To ensure current quality service concept within the framework of Quality Management System.
